Heya,
I currently use Ciao and receive payment once a month from them - it does not go into my bank account but a savings account.
It normally takes approx. 3-4 weeks from the day of request and for the last three months I have been receiving it no problems.

Does anybody have an alternative email address for Ciao UK please? I've been chasing payment for two surveys for over a year now and am getting nowhere with the helpdesk@ciao-surveys.com address.
Any ideas and suggestions gratefully received.Time may be a great healer, but it's a lousy beautician....0 -
I wonder whether anyone has ever won the £25000 prize draw that they have been running for ever.0

I probably being really thick but I'm trying to get some money paid to by Ciao Surveys. They want a roll number but I don't know what it is. They tell me it something on my bank statement but I can't find anything that fits the format they want. Can anyone help!

Some building societies have roll numbers, I think they are member numbers, but didn't realise that banks also had roll numbers.
I would email Caio and ask them to clarify.0 -

You definitely only need a roll number if the payment is to go to a Building Society. For a bank, you need the sort code and account number only.
Do you think they believe your bank account is with a Building Society?!0
