Ciao surveys (merged)

Hi all, I need some help please with a payment I'm missing/not received from Ciao.
On 04/10/06 I requested a payment of £8.60 and then I had other surveys credited so on 23/10/06 I requested a further payment of £5.79.
I then received an email on 20/11/06 from info.uk@ciao-uk.com saying
"We are pleased to inform you that the payment request you made last
month has been processed. The payment should arrive in your bank
account within one week."
I left it until 28/12/06 to check my bank account and no money had gone in. I then logged into Ciao to check the bank details I had provided and found that these were incorrect. A message said that payment could not be done as my bank account details were wrong so I corrected them.
Since then I have emailed a number of different email addresses at Ciao asking them to look into this but no-one has been decent enough to reply and my balance is still zero so the money hasn't gone back into my Ciao account.
If anyone has any ideas or can provide any decent contact details I would be very grateful.
For reference I've tried emailing the following; info.uk@ciao-uk.com, feedback.uk@ciao-uk.com, bugs@ciao.co.uk & feedback.uk@ciao.uk.com
Thanks

Personally I have never had to wait for too long to get support from Ciao, but if you are not getting any joy you could try ringing their main UK offices, and at worst they could point you in the right direction.

Hope this helps, sorry about your experience, I love Ciao.0 -
thats brilliant, had never seen their main page before with a contact number on, have just rang them but not surprisingly there's just an answermachine on a saturday morning so will try again on monday
thanks again and hope this does the trick, certainly wont do any harm0 -
ive tried ringing that number several times and it simply rings out to an answermachine
ive also emailed 5-6 different email addresses a few nights ago and again have heard nothing from them
who regulates these kind of companies as i need to look at taking this further
also, does anyone know when ciao normally tends to pay out each month via BACS? ive looked at previous payments they've made to me and there's no set time/pattern, they just seem to do everything when they feel like - much like how they respond to emails0 -
I don't know if this applies, but I lost an awful lot of miles on Dooyoo when they kicked off one member and removed the pennies from everything he'd read... Mighty annoying. You could see why they'd done it, but still...0

I'm afraid not, they just pay everyone at the same time so they say it can take up to 5 weeks for your payment.£2009 wins - Vodkat Cocktail kit :j

thought as much, thanks anyway
im half hopeful they'll pay this money out in january but its dead annoying that they can't be @rsed replying
another question, if we cant see the money in my account with ciao, ie my balance is now nil, does that mean ciao have taken the money from it and it'll be sitting in an account with them waiting to be paid out?
i cant remember how it works, or when i request a payment, should the cash still be able to be seen either as a current/old account balance?0 -
i know there is only one day they pay every one on but can any one remember when that is?
i ordered payment on 26th of august:jThe Money Saving Wannabe :j

Hi, i received a payment off ciao about two weeks ago now i think. It was fairly recent, but would have to check my bank statement to be 100% sure of the exact date!

Over the last couple of months, I have done around 8 surveys for Ciao, each earning 25p - £1.50 However, when I log into my account, it says my bal is 0? How do I claim the cash?0
