Ciao updates your account only when the survey is closed and the company has processed all the info. Can take a couple of months after you have done it. You just have to keep checking.
I don't know when their pay date is, but it takes ages for the money to come through. You can only claim once you have at least £5 in your account. The first time I claimed I had to do it twice (I didn't realise it hadn't registered until about 3 weeks later). Your account will show you the date you claimed and they send you an email to say when it has been processed, then it arrives into your bank account about 3 or 4 days later. It does take at least 6 weeks for the claim to be processed.0 -

..... Are they becoming ridiculously low-paid?
For a few weeks, I've noticed the declining value of their surveys, in addition to the number of surveys I don't qualify for going up.
Today was the final straw, though, when I received this;Hello dudius,
We'd like to offer you an interesting opportunity to express your point
of view. This time, our partner would like to know your opinions about
insurances. If you complete our easy 30-minutes survey, you can earn
£0.81* for sharing your thoughts and preferences
81 pence for 30 minutes??!!!!!???????
I think not.
I was much happier yesterday, when I completed a ten-minute study for a botanically-related site, and got 4 quid for it!!!!0 -
i had one for £4.87 just last week
it said it was an hour and 30 mins survey but i completed it in about 20 mins.

No its not just you .. I had one this morning offering me 37p  . Also annoying how many of them let you answer loads of questions before telling you that you dont qualify .0
