Morning took dd on a day out on bank hol so that has cost me 50! So need to pull the purse strings this next fortnight.
I'm aiming to pay 100 off capital one next week. And have put my name down for a couple of hours overtime at work to help with that.
Was going to close down aqua and cap one when cap1 is paid off however have been reading up on how long late payments stay on credit file for vs closing card and it's better to keep card open apparently so the cards are going in the freezer!
Need some petrol today and some crisps etc from Iceland and that's about it, have a nice day

Morning
Bank acc looking ok but slightly out if my comfort zone, so purse strings still tight.
Did spend some money on Tuesday on a new living room door but that was budgeted for.
That's being delivered and fitted Monday.
After that I need to go looking for a tv stand
Applied for a loan yesterday will get the decision by next week I just need to send off some statements, only applied for Enough to pay off Vanquis and the interest rate is pathetic and cant get a bal transfer.
Got some bits on eBay only the cheap bits have bids on but hopefully it will all go, any money made will either go towards cap1 or the tv stand
Will get up in a mo and get ready for work plenty of stuff in for lunches.

Broke my phone yesterday so can either send it off under insurance but will pay an excess or go to market and see if screen can be replaced either way a spend!! So off I pop into the next town today to price a repair.
Should be in work but due to an emergency I have no child care so I have had to book an emergency holiday.
Going to be a miserable day today. Waiting for news re said emergency hope everything will be ok.
Got my gift card from Asda so will do a tiny top up shop today to see us through the weekend and shouldn't spend more than a few pounds.
due to get a reply about loan today but as I haven't already heard anything I'm not holding my breath.
All in all it's one miserable day

The emergency ended in tears
Price for phone 65.00! Not bad as excess on ins is 60.00 and I would have to send phone off, I've got some college work on phone at mo so need to either print off or back up so I don't loose it and get ph fixed.
Loan refused!! Gggrr so am appealing decision, refused on the basis that they want 3 months worth of statements to credit card, !!!!!!. So will either fax them over today or post over weekend.

Nothing planned today except work, no money to be spent woohoo!
Got my forms off fscs re ppi so thats my homework for next week! Need to find out if they need origi docs or will accept copies and get those all posted off next week, apparently I shouldn't wait longer than 3 months for decision.
Got loads to do for college need to buy bits for folder and I'm doing two bridal looks on Monday so need to hubs round charity shops for a veil for my pics!

Aw Im sorry about the emergency.

Shame about loan, shouldn't they accept\refuse it after you have supplied your 3 months statements? Whats that all about?

Things are a bit better with me thanks, just plodding along. Am trying to be patient with my house sale situation but it is wearing a bit thing now.

Good luck with your veil hunt...charity shops will have them.

Provided extra info re loan and was approved so just waiting for it to hit bank and I'll pay off vanquis.. Yey.
So sorry about the house, hopefully someone will snap it up soon.
Feeling a lot more motivated about this debt now so will be back Monday and update sig

God really not good at updating the diary lately!
Working this week with some overtime then got a week and a half off so will try and update daily again soon.
Ok soooo what happened in the land of yellow....
Loan sorted vanquis paid off, 1st loan payment debited today
Haven't ebayed for weeks, got my dining table on there now just need someone to bid.
checked my credit score and it was "excellent!". Such a big difference from when I 1st started my diary with defaults and stuff.
Opened a mainstream current acc yey!
Need an operation will find out when in the nest few weeks, get sick pay from work so shouldn't suffer financially.
Okay so plan of attack....
Still have small residual amount on cap 1 will make payment a week towards this.
Sort out all direct debits to include new bank acc and close ribs acc.
Update sig!!!!!!!!
Make sure oh pays the 125 he owes to my cc
Organise stuff to be ebayed ( will prob do a lot of ebaying when off sick)
Buy paint for dd ceiling it's looking cracked so going to use that special plasticky paint that is supposed to cover cracks, if not it will need plastering.
Once cap 1 is paid off start on the fees to the loan ( I think this is about 1k)
Wait patiently for ppi decision, if I get refund it should by before mid sept.
