    Afternoon all!
Well remember I said I was due some money after Xmas? Finally had a ph call regarding it the other week and it's more than I expected 5.5k! So should get that cheque in the next 6-8 weeks!! That will be big c card cleared!! Wahoo so should stay on target with the debt busting.
Also regards the ppi. the loan company has gone into administration grrr soooo have got to wait for them to be declared in default before I can approach fscs and make. Claim through them. However, have worked out it should be in the region of 2k! Hope fully this yr can make a really big dent in the debt
Not going to update sig until big card paid off really want to see a huge change.
On the money front not been doing to badly but have really slacked on the work lunches front so not going to spend a penny at all in wk this week. Other than that I've behaved.
Got a letter from vanquish to say they are increasing my limit by 1k, no thanks I won't be using that.

That's it in a nutshell really

    Morning all
Going for a NSD today and shold be doable. Got petrol ect so shouldnt need to open purse.
    Today I will.....
    Tidy down stairs
    Run Hoover over carpets upstairs
    Phone sister
Get work lunches sorted for thurs and fri
Have a look on Internet for new living room curtains, new couch (oh is buying) will be here in about 5 weeks so I've got time to save just need to know how much I'm looking at spending.

Also me and oh are off to London for a couple of nights in April and when we come back are saving for the rest of the bedroom furniture which should be between 400-600 so could do with putting a few pounds away for that.
All in all not much on the cards for today

    Morning all
Didn't manage the NSD yesterday, went curtain shopping on the web and saw exactly what I was looking for in the sale at the bargainous price of 69.99!!! So quicky snapped them up!!
As I was anticipating spending into the hundreds I'm very happy with that price indeed!
All that needs doing in living too
Now is, lick of paint on 3 Walls to freshen up, feature wall been papered.
Put DD pic back up over fire
    Hang mirror
    Hang curtains, when they come
Save up for and purchase console table and tv stand
Save up for and purchase rug
    Take delivery of sofa
Get new living room door fitted.
Phew!! Could do with a week off work and a lottery win!!

Work today, booo will be taking lunch and leaving cards in car, absolutely sick of spending money in that place.
    So here's for a NSD

Ha I wish I wouldn't wake up a such silly times LL, I'm knackered come 7pm! I'm even more tired now cos i stayed up to watch masterchef last night! Oooh rock and roll!

Well back to work today so no pennies to be parted with. It's a charity day so I'll raid the car for spare change (so I won't class that as spending!,Its oh money anyway!)
Car still got petrol, looks as though I've got enough to see me through the weekend.
Bank acc looks ok'ish just shy of 200.00
Need to check salary acc, normally I'm right up to my overdraft limit now so will check balance today
Checked shares yesterday they looking good at minute, just shy of 6k, let's hope share price continues to rise! I won't get that as a lump sum though it's over 3 years starting this winter. Don't know what to do when they start maturing though, stop paying in and just have them pay out each year, or start a new one ad one matures so I've got one maturing each yr for the foreseeable future??
If I stop paying in I'll save myself about 80.00 per month
If I keep paying in I look at it as a savings acc??hmmm
Got until the autumn to decide what to do... Sorry for the ramble best go and get ready!

Dear diary so sorry for neglecting you!
Feeling compelled to write an entry today as I've really taken my eye off the all and..... I've had a bank charge!!!
Or at least I'll get one as I've has a DDR bounce this morning!
Completely my own fault, a combination of being spend thrift, not checking acc's enough, not leaving a 'float' in my acc gggrrrrso annoyed but I'll chalk it up to experience and get over it!
Reasons for being absent from my diary. I've gotten lazy/I'm waiting for some money to come through to make a dent in the debt and cos I'm relying on the money I've allowed myself to put the whole debt busting on hold but from the phone call to say how much cash I'm getting it's 6 weeks tomorrow and still no cheque. I've called the solicitors and apparently they won't chase it until 8 weeks.
I've gotten a grip of myself before I do get in the doggy doo doo so need to give myself a short sharp hard kick up the behind and have a pep talk.
I'm the only one who knows about the debt so I'm the only one who can fix it.
I am going to erase the cheque from my mind and stop think about it and spending money knowing I've cash on the way.
I've also bought about 4/5 items from eBay (vintage things i do not need,) and not sold anything in weeks!!! Sooo I will make my return to eBay and list 5 things Tuesday 5 on Thursday and 10 on Sunday, including reselling all the things I have bought.. I don't need them!!!!
Will also be doing a daily diary entry will be v.boring as nothing to update really but it keeps me on the straight and narrow as proven so will just be making notes and keeping myself on track.
Can't get that bounced DDR out of my head it's really been a wake up call so onwards and upwards

Haven't kept up with the daily posting as oh has been off wk over the Easter hols
He's back at work now so on again with the diary entries
Even though I've not posted I havent let the debt busting slide, not spent any cash and listed 15 items on eBay. One has a bid yey!!!
Sooo for the rest of the week
Need things in for work lunches but will shop tomorrow
Phone sofa shop and arrange delivery
    Post bday card
    visit dad
Need to buy some small things... White hooks for thr living room curtains and white sticky labels for eBay parcels. Will get tomorrow as staying away from shops today!!

Alsoooooo today is a happy day as my last default will fall off my credit file today hurrah!!!
As from tomorrow I have a clean credit file yey!!!!
Might be able to get a sacred 0% credit card soon
Last year I had a bit of a rough time around June so I stupidly missed my cc payments so after June I won't have had any late payments in the last 12 months so might try for a card in July/ August
Tried in January but was rejected so hopefully will be in a much better position in August.
Maybe I can get ou of the sub prime category!!
    Have a nice day

    Thanks lianne
Had unexpected bill for 400 today, had to put it on card gutted!
Will be able to clear some on pay day and will put eBay money towards it also
Got few bids on eBay, yey
Decided that I will try and balance transfer big cc rather than clear with cheque when it arrives as if it's 0% I'm better with savings
