Yep, I suspect most will look like this, but hopefully as they're aware of the situation, they'll sort it all out.
  • The migration is part of the attempt to harvest the synergy savings by combining the HBOS and Lloyds TSB data onto one set of computer systems.

It's a biggie - probably the larget ever this side of the pond. All the data for Halifax and BOS savings accounts (including ISAs, currnt accounts at Halifax, and personal and business accounts at BoS), are being migrated onto the Lloyds systems this weekend just gone. Even though some of the LTSB systems are worse to what HBOS was running. After the shambles of the LTSB integration in the late 1990s they probably decided it was best to go with A's or B's systems, not a mix as they did then.

Apparently the data made it across OK, but the way it's being presented in the new Internet front-end is giving grief - as noted by several posters here. Obviously not enough testing done - as always in such exercises, it gets squeezed when time runs short, and this migration had already been delayed by a couple of months, apparently.

So your accounts are almost certainly there. It's just the visibility of them on the internet channel thats lacking. The techies at LBG are probably feeling the heat as they try to fix it in time to stop their call centres falling apart under the load!

Probably all on track again by tomorrow or Wednesday - so watch your accounts.

Can't speak for the mortgage balance differences - sounds weird. And existing HBOS credit cards were'nt migrated, I'm told - so errors there are again just down to a poor Internet display.

My ISA has returned, mortgage is still showing wrong balance and details. Although balances are available on all accounts now there are no transactions visible. Seems like this has not gone well.

Recipients to make payments to arent always listed by name on mine. Some just show ACC number, which isnt much use as i dunno who that account belongs to

Wouldn't be so bad if they popped up with an apology and explanation as you sign in, they manage to do that offering loans enough!
Unfortunately we can't retrieve some of the account information you've requested right now. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you. Please try again later.

I'm also pretty sure prior to migration, there was an explanation displayed (at the bit you normally get a loan offer), containing an apology - although I don't have screen grabs from the two messages I saw, so could be wrong.
Anything I post is my opinion, so from time to time I may be wrong. I try to provide answers based in fact, however I don't know everything, so (like all posters on MSE), take what I say with a pinch of salt.

Yes there was, nothing on Monday though, a warning that it wasn't functioning properly and an idea of a timescale of it being sorted before you start phoning up complaining wouldn't go amiss.

I've 'been back later' nothing changes, just would like an idea of how late 'later' is.

My Flatmate's £15k Web Saver was due to gain interest today at 2.3% p/a

    She's logged in and she's gained.....£1.54!

I hope this is very wrong!
  • Anyone know if faster payments are going into accounts o.k? Payday tomorrow, just wondering if it will arrive.
