Halifax ISA missing

Glad to hear it's not just me!
My RCA seems fine, statement and balance as normal.
ISA and saver accounts are however there but they're are missing icons and the text is garbled, also the statements won't load.
My Clarity card also appears as a large grey image of a credit card with the lovely words "INTRODUCTORY STANDARD MASTERCARD" which fills the screen too much and ends up falling off the end of the line. Credit limit and balance also show as NIL.
I wonder when it'll all be running smoothly
My Clarity card is doing the same. I can see transactions all ok though (except 'upside down').
I think we got off lightly and I'm sure this will be clear in another day or so.0 -
I tried getting some money out of a cash point yesterday, the whole process looked like it was happening till the end when no money or reciept appeared. Wonder if that is connected to switch? wating to see if it goes from account or not.LBM April 2011 £4906

Clothes Challenge 2011 £60.24/£200
Virtual sealed pot #136 - £1.60 Sealed pot # 1365 Nectar card - £8.80 Overdraft £0.00
Do I need it? Can I afford it? Is it cheaper elsewhere?0 -
I cant even log in! Apparently my username is wrong...same one I've had for YEARS. Had to reset it, then reset my password and meorable info. Now have to confirm by phone.
What a kerfuffle.
I'm now stuck with a stupid amount of numbers for a username because they won't let me change it back. What a waste of time.0 -

Funny you should say.
Took some money out yesterday and it seemed to take ages before it finally gave me the money and a receipt. At the time I just thought that it was an issue with the actual ATM I was using.0 -

Typical of Lloyds to mess up. Halifax was all fine until Lloyds took it over a while back.I was with Lloyds for well over 30 yrs and dumped them due to all the hassle they were causing me, so switched to Halifax and guess what they followed me and now the problems all start again. Time to switch again it seems :mad:0

I think I will move also. It seems to be one problem after another with this lot.
I am correct in thinking a new bank can arrange to move all my direct debits over to them. ??
I am prepared to lose my tax free allowance this year and close my isa and move it in to a saver account till april. Then I can open another ISA.
Any suggestions for new current account provider ??0
