Just logged in to my online.

My Halifax ISA has vanished with my £3000

My credit card has now gone missing. Fingers crossed that it will work in the shops!

My credit card and mortgage have disappeared. On the plus side the export function is working (limited) and you can now set up text alerts to recieve mini statements and low account balances not just when you max out your overdraft.

When I login online all my accounts are there but the pictures of the certain cards dont show up anymore ... they have been doing work online over the weekend, I would assume it will just be because of this! Give Halifax a ring if you're worried 08457203040.

Our ISA s are all missing too, but they have added the mortgage account to my husband's screen (I always had it on mine) and knocked £300 of the balance...so not sure whats going on there

I think a lot of people are having issues, my credit limit and balance has disappeared on my credit card, and my transactions on my current account have also disappeared

Glad to hear it's not just me!
My RCA seems fine, statement and balance as normal.

ISA and saver accounts are however there but they're are missing icons and the text is garbled, also the statements won't load.

My Clarity card also appears as a large grey image of a credit card with the lovely words "INTRODUCTORY STANDARD MASTERCARD" which fills the screen too much and ends up falling off the end of the line. Credit limit and balance also show as NIL.

I wonder when it'll all be running smoothly

I cant even log in! Apparently my username is wrong...same one I've had for YEARS. Had to reset it, then reset my password and meorable info. Now have to confirm by phone.

:mad:I have just tried to use my card to pay (Ultimate Reward a/c) for a haircut and it was declined. Can't get a balance and had to wait at the counter in Halifax for 20 mins whilst they took cash out for me. (New system was playing up too) Nothing showing online and at ATM'S.

On the plus side, haordressers were completely fine and let me go! Halifax made me MSE today:D
