If it smells ok, I'd taste a tiny amount. If that's ok I'd eat it.

I have an unopened pack of Sainsbury's fresh pork and apple stuffing. Problem is, the "use by" date was the 28th December.

Would you cook and eat it, or chuck it?

Sounds delicious! The use by date is put there by the manufacturer to comply with regs, if it's only a week or so out of date I'd definitely eat it - as long as I remember I have no comeback if I get ill
  • I would sniff it and if smells fine I would eat it :)
