Can I join in too? I have tried a few times but think my house was just so much of a mess I always dropped out after a few days. I have been steadily de-cluttering and re-organising, and whilst there's still a lot to do, things are looking better. The past few months, I have managed to do all the cleaning in one very full tiring day, but due to changes to school, childcare, other activities, this doesn't really work now. So my plan is to do a little every day. This hasn't really worked for me in the past as I think psychologically I need to see the whole house clean at once, but I need to try as there isn't really another way at the mo.

I will post a list and my additional tasks for the week below.

Morning all - have been AWOL for aa few weeks, and it really shows in the state of my house! Now that 3 of the munchkins are back at school I'm hoping to make progress.

Hugs, spoon, sticks to any needing them - I haven't a clue what's been going on.

In the HHC I did the following:
    • unloaded and reloaded dishwasher
    • put away yesterday's washing up :o
    • did small amount of washing up (about 4 items still draining, rest put away)
    • relocated several items to garage and brought in new bottle of garage cleaner from garage
    • sterilised half a dozen jars and jarred some spiced apple and pear chutney
    • fed demanding chicken pox-y 2 year old a crumpet (appetite not diminished at all - this was his 3rd beakfast type item!:rotfl:)
    • put several things in fridge from breakfast/ sandwich making:o
    • made myself a cuppa to sit down with and post my list!:D

    In my HHC I've

    Cleared drainer
    Washed more dishes
    Put rubbish out
Dusted and cleaned mirrors, pics, shelves, etc in hall
Cleaned all skirting boards, rad, all woodwork on stairs and in hall
    Cleaned front door inside
    Cleaned door into DR
Wiped walls down although that didn't make the slightest bit of difference!

I can't make my mind up whether to strip the bed and wash that - it's really windy so should dry it quickly providing I put 10000 pegs on it and it doesn't rain.

Anyone joining me for another HHC @ 10.30?
