Prices are falling here on the wirral, its overlooking the river mersey, right on a promenade, its on 3 floors and I do really love It, a very similar property sold for £140k in early 2006 so not peak price, I think at peak it was valued nearer £150k so exciting. We hope to be in within 9 weeks fingers crossed!0

Thank you,
We don't want it to go too fast though, we are hoping for any time after the 1st of December, that way we'll have a couple of months at home to save for any extras.

1st December is only 2 and a bit months away. I wouldn't dilly dally on this. I've gone to completion in 8 weeks before, but that really was rushing everything through.
Best of luck !

Nice place you have, i am not too far away..enjoy the view especially new years...It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.0 -
Wow - what a beautiful property!! And at that price!! :T
This really makes one re-think living in London.
Good luck with your purchase, hope it all goes smoothly0
