Any further news on this? I booked yesterday however have not received confirmation email. Any suggestions?
Regards,

You don't actually need the confirmation email, if you have kept a note of your reference number just go to the Ryanair website and enter it into the 'reconfim change flights' page, this will bring up exactly what you have been sent by email. If you haven't already, print this page off and produce it at the airport.0

travelchick wrote:Well I was very sceptical of this offer but i used an old ref number and booked 5 return flts from stanstead to Reus (salou) for a long weekend for the grand total of 10p i removed prioraty seating as im traveling with children so get that for free and only taking hand luggage I even managed to book with an old electron card so that only cost me 10p in card fees.
I use ryan air all the time and the confermation looks identical to all the other ones ive had.
THANK YOU to the O/P we are now able to take my 3 year old and his sisters to PortAventura for his 4th birthday.
I thought I read something saying you dont get automatic priority seating with kids/.. first few pages of posts maybe.. not 100% tho..x0 -
Just looked on the ryanair hand baggage procedures, and its still showing you can only take hand luggage in a clear plastic bag, as ive booked flights with no check in luggage so is it likely, that im going to have to visit a charity shop when i get there so i can change clothes?0

I think you'll find it only applies to liquids. Ordinary hand luggage of certain dimensions is allowed in the cabin. Below is a quote from their site;
passenger hand baggage containing any liquids, gels, pastes, lotions or liquid cosmetics MUST be presented at the airport passenger security point in a transparent re-sealable bag
Off to Dublin at 06.30 tomorrow for the dayEducation is compulsory, school is not.
