    This company must employ muppets for drivers, half of them cannot speak English properly or even read it properly, delivering to the wrong street address more often than not. Trying to contact Yodel is difficult. As this happens on a regular basis next time I will keep the parcel.

    Yodel are completely useless but the customer relations number is 0845 408 5410 (picked up quickly when I called).

    This number is no longer working.

    I've received an email from them, saying they attempted to deliver yesterday, and a calling card was left.

    I don't know where the calling card was left, but it wasn't through my letterbox.

    It's not even that big a package, just two electronic construction kits, that would easily fit through the letterbox.

    I tried ringing that number.

    A recorded voice asked me a few questions (Tracking number, postcode etc.), then hung up on me. :mad:

    which is standard for webchat when nobody is available.
    Stick with it or go to Twitter would be my choices.
