Yodel - shockingly bad - email address anyone?

I have had an ongoing battle with the shower known as Yodel this week, with many lies thrown my way about attempted deliveries etc. Anyway, I came across this page and someone (apologies - can't remember the poster) further up in about 2011 offered an email address for Elaine Boyle as a contact. Her email address is...

I thought I'd try and see if it was still valid and guess what! It is! Better still, she was in meetings for the day so helpfully left an automatic response with the email address below if anyone needs an urgent response!!

I have attempted to have 2 parcels returned by Littlewoods 4 times over the past 4 weeks .Yodel will not collect .They are appalling .I have also taken photographs of one item as it came used and damaged..I have been in constant contact with LW as they are sending unpleasant emails saying i have not returned the items .I would advose people to be very wsry of opening an account until they get rid of Yodel and put in place a better courier firm .Shocking0

Yodel set a delivery date for my parcel .They did not leave any card and left it outside my door and on the wrong day .I live in an appartment block .I could not believe they did that as it could easily have been stolen .I did make a complaint to Littlewoods but they dont seem to care .0

so i was due to receive a parcel today.. tracking online states returned to sender due to damage. i spoke to yodel and they then said the sender had requested it to be returned to them.. i then was told to speak to the sender of my parcel (Virgin mobile) who got in touch with yodel who stated that i had apparently told yodel to send it back to Virgin (3 lies) and someone at the service centre said that this will be out today and my tracking information should update.. 4 hours late still no update so i get back in touch and now their saying there's no way this is out for delivery or will be out today. yet online tracking states on the van for delivery then says sent back to sender. im so angry as they've lied 3 times now there saying they cannot disclose a head office number and that my complaint won't be logged as its only senders who's complaints are logged... has anyone had a similar issue?? :mad::mad::mad::mad:0

Your complaint is with Virgin Mobile, tell them the parcel they sent you has not been received. It's their responsibility to deliver it to you via whatever means they choose.
With a tracking number so you can trace the parcel, you might think that you have a link with Yodel, but you do not.0
