Hi Di, yes l received the email this afternoon, problem is l have come so far and only with me pursing HFC have l eventually managed to get an apology and the ball rolling. I am reluctant to upset her as l will just go backwards awaiting more developments. My concern is she told me last week she was submitting everything to HFC and she still has not done it. It appears you have to constanly chase her all the time for her to make a move.
I will wait and see if l get any response from HFC and then possibly email her at FOS at the end of week and ask when she will be submitting everything to HFC.

I know what you mean here KIMY.

This is why in my case, with the same business I just got on with it directly with them, because my adjudicator was going to try with the underwriter on this where all along in my case it was the lender HFC/EPF that sold the ppi, not the loan but the ppi.
I even sent the paperwork to show this to the adjudicator.

I suppose though with mine not being regulated at the time i taken mine out, it was one the FOS could not deal with, but only by going the underwriter direction, so I just continued to carry on this case with the business myself.

I hope you hear something this week KIMY, everything crossed here for you and I look forward to hearing from you x;)

Thanks for the offer of help would appreciate it. :)
What delayed us starting any other ppi claim is we have one ongoing since June 2009 with Firstplus which went to FOS for 12 months who advised us we should claim against Dial 4 a loan (welcome)that took 9 months. Then back to FOS who advised Lloyds of london, that deadline is 14th Nov,them back to FOS.
I must admit this has slowed us down starting other claims.
