Endeavour UPHELD with no redress offer

Received an email very quickly from the complaints dept of HFC and they are hoping to issue the letter for tomorrow, fingers crossed.



Dear Mr & Mrs


We have received the questionnaire and this has been forwarded to our
scanning department. I con confirm we have started the investigation and we are hoping that the response will be issued in the post to you tomorrow.

They emailed this morning as well just to confirm the letter was posted out this morning and it was the final response, hopefully it should arrive in tomorrow post or by Monday the latest.

Realistically after 3 years where they blamed the broker and admitted liability last week it was the lender.
