There is a separate offer in the post for the further redress, received the email today, so they have obviously agreed to pay further redress for the inconvenience etc as mentioned above posts, this will be extra on top of the original offered in full.:beer:The one and only "Dizzy Di"0

Congratulations Di, are you dealing directly with HFC now or with your adjuicator, as l still have had no contact from my adjuicator with regards the estimated figure she sent to HFC when she upheld my claim. The lady at HFC Kelly Brown gave me her direct number l am considering calling her today as you know sometimes my adjuicator appears to be a bit overworked and not always forthcoming. What do you think ?0

Hi
Thank you!
Yes I am dealing directly through them, so if I were you try giving it a go by chasing yours up as well, ring them or email them below, the HSBC CEO email addy is the same one for HFC where they forward your email to the relevant department within the HFC team.

Thank you Marshallka
If it wasn't for you back in 2008 I would not have carried it on, but you gave me the encouragement to go on and to keep fighting, so I have a lot to thank you for on this, thank you so so much, you've been an absolute diamond. XXXXXXXXXXX:beer:The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
Hi Di, l am so annoyed, last week when my adjuicator called me and said she had calculated a figure she said she would be emailing this over to HFC later that day. I wrote her an email asking if she had any response and this is what l got :
I have not been in contact with HFC Bank yet. I have to formally set out my view and this will require some feedback from an expert.
I will let you know when I have completed my assessment and sent this to HFC Bank.
I am gobsmacked, she seems to not give a dam, l have emailed HFC but feel quite stupid because l mentioned her sending figures over that she had calculated like she advised me last week.
What do l fo ?0 -

Hiya
Blimey what is she up to?
I know its a right pain, but I think at the moment its a matter of having to then keep on at her.
I understand if your not happy with the Adjudicator dealing with your case you can ring and ask if you can have someone else to take over (from what I was told by someone before), but as it seems she is already on to it you don't want to be starting all over again really do you?
Email or ring and ask how much longer should you be waiting?
Was that email above received from her now recently? The one and only "Dizzy Di"0
