I was told yesterday that they hadn't scanned my letter and couldn't tell me if it was received (I know it has been as I sent it special delivery). I asked if they could inform the refund team I do accept so that the process could be speeded up and I was told it had to be done via the signed acceptance.

I mentioned in another post last night that Lloydstsb don't seem to help themselves by applying a consistent approach to the process which seems to causing them more problems as people can now see what others are being told which then is prompting people to contact them to see why they aren't being given the same information.
