I was chasing up a reply on a ppi claim on a credit card, when customer services said that I h ad 2 loans from 2003 with ppi and did I want to make a claim, if I did I could reply via email with the two loan reference numbers.

I did and the 2 loans were put under one claim number - but as I said earlier the upheld letter was stating the claim number and only one loan account number. Not received a reject letter for the second loan and both loans were taken out within 6 months of each other and circumstances hadnt changed so I should they think would uphold both. but knowing Lloyds they could see things differently than us.

have a look, top right of your letter, how many account numbers are there?

As all my loan account numbers were listed, top right of my one letter which stated they have upheld all complaints.

hope that helps a little ;)

Just been told that although only one loan account number was listed that the offer letter applied to all three complaints. It's only taken six people and one very angry email to get this info!

i have just sent my letter to lloyds today, ive sent it recorded delivery so i know it gets there!

i hope i dont have this confusion, i have a loan and credit card with them and i wasnt sure whether to put both the numbers of the credit card and loan on the same one (ive sent off the FOS questionnaire with my letter, hoping it will speed things up) so i ended up just filling out 2 questionnaires and writing 2 letters, knowing my luck it will confuse them why ive sent it on 2 separate ones lol
  • A week ago I received a letter from Lloyds saying they were unholding my ppi claim on 2 small loans, but I had to sign an acceptance form and return it.

Received a letter back yesterday, saying dont bother returning the form, heres the amount we are going to pay you £1217.00 direct to your bank and dont do anything unless you disagree.

So from upholding my claim and producing the figures was less than a week. Hopefully, it will only take 2 weeks then to pay me (it only took 2 weeks from receving figures from my credit card ppi to it being paid into my account from Lloyds).

Think I will call in and get some holiday brochures - :j

I also bank with Lloyds and got a similar letter today for over £5k so hope it goes in "super soon":D:D:D
    Well done again:T:T:T
  • Having spoken to someone at Lloyds on the phone, I've been told it can take between 6-8 weeks for them to pay us. So I wouldn't book any holidays just yet, might be a nice little christmas bonus when it finally arrives though.

You can also call them to arrange for it to go into an alternative bank account of your choosing, just give the details over the phone.
