yes both my lines got cancelled on time... but I did write to both address.. the one they gave me on the phone and the portal way address advised above.

I phoned up regarding the 0844 saga to see if they would do me a better deal. I was not offered anything so I told them to cancel my contract with 30 days notice. The CSA said he couldn't cancel the contract and someone higher up will call me to discuss it. No one called me so I called them back a few days after and was told over the phone that my contract would be cancelled on 25 oct. I asked if I need to send a letter in and they said no!!! I wonder if one 25 oct they will deny the above and tell me I should have to send in a letter. They also would not give me a PAC over the phone...said I had to write in by letter!!! Will see what happens
