    I concur, I have a cupboard full. Also, our 2 sub and 1 main post office still supply the handwritten version as well as a receipt.

    I just noticed on the business ordering page that you can get COPs in Welsh as well as English, never noticed that before.

    We went through ours and about 30% were still showing as 'processing through system' despite having delivered weeks/months before.

    We sent in a claim for these for the recorded portion of the cost. RM were able to show signatures for 15% of the ones claimed for - the others they paid out for.
