    Well he is unlikely to change so you need to change your attitude to him/how he makes you feel - but you've already worked that out (which possibly makes you more self aware than he is).

    Some people have touched on it a bit, but there are visualisation techniques that can help - e.g when he's there and talking to you and it's triggering inferiority feelings try visualising him on a tv screen and the picture getting smaller and going into a dot (like old tellies used to when you switched them off). Or with no sound. Or no clothes on (that one doesn't help me but some swear by it), or whatever will make him seem less important/superior really. If he *is* doing it to belittle you then a change in your reactions may well make him stop as he'll be getting nothing out of it. If he doesn't stop, it won't matter, cos you won't be that bothered cos you're so busy pretending he's a little dot on a tv/whatever you're not letting it bother you.
