Sueing T-Mobile

What is all this mud slinging about? I've just read through the whole thing; T-mobile's 2nd response clearly demonstrates they do not understand the SOGA. An expensive phone such as this should last longer than 12 months. £140 is an outrageous amount to repair a phone imo. The OP needs to get this independent report, then go to T-mobile with it (if it says its an inherent fault) and demand a repair and refund of the cost of said report.
Alternatively, aforementioned independent phone shop which you go to to get the report may be able to fix it themselves for not very much. Just something else to consider...0 -
