  • Worry about the good things in your life for as long as you have them: Your health, your family and your friends. They won't last forever.

Any phone repair shop will do it for you.
  • I've heared the 'home' button can break due to dirt under the button. Yes, it can still get there with a cover on. There's also software reasons.

Have you tried some of the advice here? http://www.tipb.com/2011/01/04/tipb-bug-home-button-working-iphone/

It is reasonable to expect a premium phone to last longer than 13 months. If phone was part of your contract I would expect it to last the at least the full length without fault given reasonable wear and tear.

As suggested by arcon5 most local repair shops would be happy to produce an independent report detailing any faults (if any) on the Iphone. I would claim the cost of this from T-Mobile. It shouldn't be more than 30 pounds.

However before doing I would write a final letter warning T-Mobile unless they repair the Iphone you will also claim the cost of the report. Plus state the SOGA etc. Good template here CC in a T-Mobile Director as well as the Head of Customer Service

Been back in touch with tmobile and they have repeatidly said its not their problem,i have quoted the soga and they keep saying go to apple.

Obviously the soga doesnt apply to tmobile????

Im so psd off with them, they do no care about the soga,it doesnt appky to them .

What can i do?? Its not worth it,the big companies just take the pi55

Its just like the banks, they dont give a monkeys about rules, they do what they want and the consumers can go to hell.

Martin lewis- maybe you could help with this???

Any experts out there that want to help me with this?
