Sueing T-Mobile

you have been advised your rights.
as your phone is more than 6 months old under SOGA the onus is on you to prove the goods are inherently faulty, you need to obtain an independent report.
maybe you should read the full SOGA rules rather than just the bits you want to read0 -
Have you actually read any of this thread? Clearly not.
Let me be clear:
- in the morning put some shoes on (and clothes obviously ;p)
- head phones in, stroll to your local phone repair shop
- 'good morning Sir, I need you to look at my phone, diagnose the problem and provide this in writing -- how much will you charge me?'
- await report and follow the following protocol:
IF RESULT = 'inherent fault'
- write letter to t-mobile including a copy of your report
----IF tobile.repair = false
--------- send them a 'letter before action' outlining your intention to go to court
------------IF tmobile.respond in your favour = yes
----------------- congrats, you win
------------ELSE
----------------- have phone repaired at your expense
----------------- go to moneyclaim.gov and file a claim for the cost of repair. Will cost £35 and is added to your claim
------------END IF
----ELSE
--------- congrats, you win
----END IF
ELSE
----- take better care with your phone next time
END IF0 -

Excuse me? I have read the thread,
Have you read the thread, obviuosly not. Ive already said the phone has been well looked after never dropped or water damaged.
so?................................
as for referring to taking care of your phone
this proves you simply aren't reading what is written try again, slowly. use your finger on the screen if you need to0 -
Ive already said the phone has been well looked after never dropped or water damaged.
Saying something and actually proving it are 2 entirely different things.
It is for this reason that you need a report to prove that the problem wasn't caused by you but was due to an inherrent fault.
Without this report you will be wasting time and money by attempting any legal action against Tmobile.0 -

My laptop isnt touch screen so using my finger does nothing.

It's a total waste of time contacting CISAS.
They only deal with billing and service problems.
http://www.cisas.org.uk/InfoforCustomers-4_e.htmlIf your complaint is about one of the following matters, CISAS cannot deal with it.• Faulty phones or any other equipment which belongs to you and is in your home.
• Cables and wiring which belongs to you and is in your home.
• Faulty mobile phones or other mobile devices which belong to you.0
