Morning
LW Another of your virtual friends here. I love reading about your doggy visitors. You are always kind and supportive to others. I mostly do my own list and haven't been told off yet. I'm sorry you are having a tough time. Please be kind to yourself, you are loved here.
DS2 spent the afternoon in isolation. On the positive side we apparantly have a good case for appealing the LEA decision. I have agreed to a meeting at home  with the LEA so I better start flying better.

Good morning everyone, really tired today
had a plumber here this morning to check the boiler (hasn't been checked since we moved in 2 years ago due to our incompetent landlord). He was an hour late and we were his first job. Glad I wasn't paying the lazy btard.
Environmental Health are coming out at half 10 then OH is off out to do some jobs with our neighbour (he's a landscaper/gardener) so me and Thomas are going back to bed!
Hope everyone is well

Hi, I have been MOA for ages. My sink shines, my bathroom gleams, but as for the rest of the house, well......(hangs head in shame!)
So, baby steps I think. I am commiting myself to a 15 minute blast of tidying, at 0900 each day (or as near that time as possible). I've done it today, but a bit of public commitment on here will help me keep it up I know. Only snag is I find it hard on here at present as have a bit of RSA - penalty for wasting too much time on the laptop! (So really a good time to get Flying again!)
This left handed typing is a pain!
Hope you are all doing well out there.Keeping two cats and myself on a small budget, and enjoying life while we're at it!0 -

Hoo boy was I ever glad that I was up to date as of Wednesday morning, Ruth_honey from the cross-stitch cafe thread came over yesterday and we had a great time, pub lunch followed by stitching stash diving! She went away with 80% of my stash so was very
:D:D, I am also
as this means it isn't bugging me (as in I can no longer stitch) and it also means I can do a decent sort out of the rest and get rid of one of the Rubbermaid 4 drawer units .
However being stood for a while sorting through stuff meant that I was in bed just after supper trying to get the pain to go down enough to try and sleep , to I am going to try and take it easy for the next couple of days (and having seen the lists I don't think there is much to do as Dr Dragon did a fair bit last week!)Do not meddle in the affairs of Dragons, for thou art crunchy and good with catsup

The boyfriendish bloke has gone home this morning so I'm feeling low
I'm going to try and keep busy and try not to think of all the carp thats going on.
XH has been rearrested and is being held 'til 13th September. I've emailed Oasis regarding some home safety issues they said they might be able to help with. I know the boyfriendish won't be down then as he'll be restarting college soon so I have to get the house more secure, not that it'll matter the XH just smashed his way through the living room window last time _pale_
I'm feeling kind of isolated now, my best friend and I aren't on speaking terms at the mo. There was an "issue" with her youngest DD when she and her sister came of DD2's sleepover. When they were all playing outside 3 boy friends of DD2's supposedly hit the girl in the arm. My DD2 was supposed to have said not to tell me as she didn't want to get in trouble.
So noone said anything until about 2 - 3 hours later when the girls had been taken home by DD2 and her dad then I get a call from my best friends husband blaming DD2 for it all!!
Obviously with everything else I was dealing with at the time I didn't need this as well so I ended getting DD2's dad to go back to my friends house to try and sort it. That ended with them all having a massive row and DD2's dad walking out.
I really feel like crawling back under the covers 'til it's all gone away
I'm going to declutter a fruit tea then start on the jobs again.
