    Evening all

DS1 decluttered to Dublin, DS2 playing next door with NN's daughter and I'm chilling with a cuppa/food and a quick catch-up on here. Read back a bit and about to find list now for an update. :D

Oh, did that work thing today and it wasn't too bad, so I think I'll try it again tomorrow. ;)

I've already taken the car to the garage (no clutch needed :j), bought milk, helped DS1 a little bit with his packing, made some sandwiches for him and been to the doc's for an injection in my shoulder, which was nowhere near as bad as I dreaded. :T

    Tonights's must-do's are in red.
    [STRIKE]feed DS2[/STRIKE]
    [STRIKE]dry towels[/STRIKE]
    set up calendar
    de-flea cat
forms for OH (DVLA and permitted work)
    school to-do list
    DS2's clothes for Tuesday
    my clothes for Tuesday
    contact DS2’s TA/childminder
sort OH’s prepayment cert for meds
write cards for NN's son and daughter
    update spending record
    school stuff for Tuesday
    new battery for car keys
    HHC in LR
DW - switch on at bedtime
    bath
    [STRIKE] DS2 bath[/STRIKE]
sort money for Tuesday (DS2's breakfast club etc)
[STRIKE] clean cat's dish and feed cat[/STRIKE]
I may need to add more later, as I think of things. Hope everyone has a good evening. I'll just edit this post as I have things to cross out. x

Vacuum under furniture you can manage to move without hurting yourself

Remove clutter making sure stairs especially are safe
    Level 3
[STRIKE]Clear fire surround of gibble![/STRIKE] Dont have a fire surround so instead I emptied the drawer in the coffee table which housed an evil amount of Crapola!
[STRIKE]Put all hotspots into a pile/box and sort through it all while having a cuppa.[/STRIKE] Started again on the cupboard under the stairs...
Tidy shoes, coats and bags .. wash any that need washing. See if there are any that don't fit, past their best or just plain uncomfy which could leave the house! Who needs new coats/boots for winter?

    Extras

    3. Clean a window or two.
    4. Defluff behind radiators..

    Feb GC £48.02/£250 (£201.98)
:D I will declutter my house and debts :D
  • Finally back home - doctor's took hour and a half - only walk in apts left but took my cross stitch so completed half a cup cake during wait, went to library, bank, cheapie shop for toothpaste and supermarket for odds and sods then remembered had left SW book at home for weigh in so trudged down road, got soaked, trudged back again but lost 1/2 lb (more than I deserve cause have been a bad girl this week).

Got to do tea then tackle the ironing - thank goodness for my DVD player!!

Going to meet mom tomorrow for a catch up, go for my eye test then pick up niece from her first day at juniors - will be odd for her as her mum is a teacher in the infants so she's always been the other teachers' little pet - her first step of the real world without feeling like she owns the school! - hope she'll be ok.

    I'd rather be watching CSI!
  • Welcome to all the newbies and congrats JoJo! :T

I've had a bit of a random day but have at least done stuff! I've decluttered the hall - suitcases were still out from holidays  but they're now back in the cupboard until next time. Then swept and mopped the hall floor.
I've cleaned the kitchen surfaces and swept and mopped the floor in there too. And finished by making the bed and putting some washing away.

I still need to get the washing out, empty the dishwasher and make some food but am happy with those attempts for today!

Oops - I've done it again and left the power lead for my laptop at work. :o
Using OH's now, but it's got serious implications for the school work I've got to do tonight. Time to get DS2 out of the bath, give OH a lift to the club and see what I can manage. I'd hoped for 11pm bedtime, but that's not likely. :(

    In my HHC i

    Brought washing in
    Put rabbits to bed
    Took recycling out
Ds1 washed up, S&S the kitchen & the table
    Tidied living room
    Sorted dinner money
    Packed Ds2's school bag
    Labelled uniforms

Ds2 is asleep already, i'm shocked as he's been going to sleep really late all holidays. I'll be having an early night tonight myself, i don't want to sleep through the alarm. I'm having a coffee and then trying to summon up some energy to do some ebaying.

Mrs C - you need a spare power lead. If work won't provide one (laptops often come with two) then it might be a worthwhile investment anyway.
  • I have cleared my bedroom floor into 2 black sacks(to be put away a bit at a time after DH has fixed the drawers)
    hoovered bedroom
    dusted and hoovered LR
    washed pots
    wiped down in kitchen
made pastry and put in fridge for after I've filled my belly (i know it's not cleaning;))
