Well..don't get me wrong it's great to save alot when we shop but when people start taking advantage all the time..it ruins it for the rest of us

They're definitely clamping down on these. Went to my local this morning on my way to work and bought 4 x Carex and 6 x Imperial Leather Shower Gel, plus some other shopping. I gave her 1 x £2.50, 1 x £1 H&B, 1 x £1 tesco mag and 1 x £1.25 quit. She put the points through, but would only put the £1.25 and £1 H&B through. She said, sorry, we can only accept a couple of these. Atleast I got my points which is what I went in for really. Might try just handing over points vouchers, a £2.50 and a £1.25 next time, better than the £2.25 she put through this time!

I know I sound ungrateful, but I don't 'arf miss just going out for an uncomplicated shop!!!!

It has to be a military operation when I go out now, to ensure kids are being looked after and that I got all the right vouchers and remember to visit all the right shops, then ensure I've remember all the deals, glitches and offers, do this all in a specified time and then rush home, so OH can go to the pub!!!!

I just hanker after my long lost freedom sometimes.......but still wouldn't swap it for the world.

If anyone has any spare,even just one I'd be very grateful for it/them, could swap for quit packs.

My local tescos is really tight..never have thse leaflets in,I was suprised when I saw the quit ones..hence the surplus ones lol.

Has everyone who is saying 'there are none in my local' actually asked?

There were no H&B in my local when I visited the other day and I thought perhaps they had run out after having had loads. There had even been a table with a display board plastered with them, presumably to encourage their use.

When no more appeared after a few days, and having read on here that some T's were hiding them behind the counter, I asked at the pharmacy. "My daughter had seen these when she was in," I said. The SA just reached under the counter, just where she was so they could have been on the counter if they had chosen, and handed one to me.

"Oh could I have two?" says I, and I was given a second.

Hopefully, there will be a different SA when I go in again.

i had trouble with my toilteries coupons yesterday :rolleyes: my usal lad said hed scanned £200 worth of vouchers the day before and had got into trouble and has to have the vouchers checked.... supervisor comes over and says no you cant use all thoise ytou dont qualify! i say yes i do ive spent 20 pounds worth... she says.. im only doing my job.. i say thats fine put them back then (in a nice way) she seemed genuinaly shocked by this! i told her id be goin to the store down the road for my tioletreis and smiled sweetly it was bizzare though as i had 10x 8 lots of slimfast going through the blet when she was there with the coupons (me paying 30p each time) and 10 lots of cura heat with me paying 12p each time she didnt bat an eyelid with these! so ill be doing health for a while
