Tesco H&B vouchers

i will probably use healthcare vouchers but if anyone wants to swap my toiletry vouchers for some manufacturers coupons please pm me. i've got some from the quit packs, some H+B and some of the £1 vouchers from the tesco mag.

well I have had a mighty fine day today !!!

I went to MFI to spend my clubcard vouchers (£1500 in total saved from previous quarters). I printed it all off on 3 pages, saw the nearest salesperson and asked him considering that I was making a large order and future potential large orders, please could I have a discount and free delivery.

Five minutes later - he agreed to me having 2 FREE powershowers, free delivery and knocked £100 off the bill !!!

I ordered a single bed for DD3, a shower enclosure, a shower tray, a victorian bath suite and another bath room suite for our existing bathroom with steel bath and a new toilet for the new downstairs lav. Doesn't sound like much when I type it but I am sooooo pleased. As to buy all this for the extension would have put pressure on our budget.

which goes to show always haggle at MFI, feeling rather pleased with myself I went to tescos on the way home and bought some toilteries gaining 500 points and some yummy slimfast - (one look at them and I don't want to eat !)

Slightly OTT but when I scan my vouchers and then reap my rewards at MFI it makes all the embarassing times and hassle worthwhile.

Even the cat got a free microchip today courtesy of Pets at home

That reminds me, I must spend all day in tesco's getting points, I did a stupid thing the other day, my usual SA scans everything I give her, but for some reason I said "is it ok to use all of these, so she grabs them and runs off to her supervisor, she now only takes one of each so 50 points instead of 200+ :mad:

by the way some of you say the staff don't seem to know what the health and beauty vouchers are when you ask for them - in my store they went straight to the toiletry section for the staff there to deal with. customer services knew nothing about them. so it may be worth asking somebody on a toiletry aisle, they might be out back.

I picked up the tesco magazines today and on arrival at home was delighted to see they include the £1 h&b voucher.

Looking forward to the new offers starting

If points aren't shown perhaps he did a "fake" scan of the vouchers whilst not actually scanning them, that could be why they do not show on your receipt. It's happened to me before

If I went to CS and said 3 50 pointers hadn't scanned they would state that I could only use one per transaction.

For those who cannot find any H&B vouchers at the Altrincham Extra - I may have solved the mystery as on my hunt this morning I caught one of the pharmacy technicians/perfume girls ripping them out of the leaflets !! :mad:

I asked her if I could have one and she looked rather shocked but quickly handed one over. I sneaked another a few minutes later and found it was missing one of the coupons ! - Maybe she runs an ebay business on the side !:rolleyes:

well done welshy, couldnt haggle anything at my local mfi when i bought a new bathroom suite....

please can anyone spare some h&b's, making my almost daily shopping at Mr T's so disappointing when none of the h&B's are available, have some spare QuiT Packs for swaps but these have now dried up instore.......
