well when I posted it was sunny but since then we have had hail stones and heavy rain. Snow would be nice though - I'd love a day off work to stock up on essentials at Tescos

I chickened out of my original plan! I just hate using too many coupons, I was also suppose to split this transaction into two, but with dd2 in tow, I just couldn't be bothered so stuck with one!

I got

2x simple shower gel 2x simple soap and 2 aquafresh mouthwash.

Could not find Tesco magazines anywhere, asked at CS, they don't seem to have any in yet, PLUS h&b vouchers have disappeared!! Urgh! Should have kept more for myself! LOL

Used: 3 x £1.25 QK, 1x£1.00 h&b, 1x £2.50 h&b and one 50 pointer. So ended up with 30p off the rest of my shopping Could have used more, as I asked the SA before hand if I could use my coupons all in one transaction or asked if he wanted me to split it, he said since they are all Tesco own, I could use them all!! HOWEVER, when he asked for my clubcard to scan th 50 pointer, he was reading something on the screen, for about 20 seconds, wonder what it was?!!? Oooh! Scary! LOL

Won't be back in Tesco till later on in the week now, any idea when the current deals change?

The offers are up to 6th February so enough time to go back to the shops Charlene. Wonder what they will have then ?

used:
£1.25 toiletries QK voucher
£1.25 beauty QK voucher
£2.50 H&B voucher
2 x £1.00 H&B voucher
£1 tesco mag voucher
4 x 50 points HB vouchers (5th voucher wouldn't go through)

= £8 off,
plus 200 points

so £2.82 off rest of shopping

Am finding all the calculations with 3 combinations of vouchers quite tricky! Is there a better combination that anyone has found?

I have used 2 each of the £1.25 QK ones, together with the rest you listed! Also if you add a 5th item (24p soap for example) the till seems to accept 5 x 50 points!

Well today was the first day I have used the H&B and Quit coupons.

Still got loads of stuff from the last lot and it gets very complicated trying to work things out but iI didnt do to badly.

Bought herbal ess shampoo x2 @ £2.78
and Her Ess conditioner x2 @ £2.78
and carex handwash x2 @ £1.38

Total b4 bogof £13.88 after £6.94

used
1 £2.50
2 £1.25
3 £1.00
5 50pts

Saved £8 and got 250 pts:)

profit of £1.06 not bad for first try this time

All thanks to a very young friendly male SA (I love sundays)

Also used 2 wombled till spits and 1 HE coupon on other things.

Spent £25.53 and earned 883 points on that shop:)

Oh forgot to say lovely SA didnt notice the till spit for the person in front of me so it was attached to my receipt:)

AND I went to the Phamarcy to look for more H&B leaflets that I found in store last week and there were none out so i asked ( i could see the Big pile same size as last week under the counter!) Confused look from SA then the older one said she thought they were all gone but the other one looked and noticed them before i could point them out so the older went off and got me 1! and as I was walking away i heard her say that she doesnt put them out because BECAUSE people keep taking them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Shock horror!!!

that is terrible isn't it ............ people taking leaflets when they are left out ! perhaps they are meant to sit on shelves and gather dust.

I just sorted my money off vouchers into date order - note to self - must get a life LOL !!!
