HI, Is any one still getting the emails from Mutual Points, I haven't had any for a week now, have checked my spam and none gone in there, wonder if they have stopped doing them.:(pinkclouds wrote: »I'm definitely still getting them every day. Same here. I'm getting emails from them most days too. I agree with pinkclouds - go into your account and try resetting your options.

Pricerunner wasn't tarcking for me at first but then I read that only certain product searches are rewarded by MutualPoints. Now I search for "monopoly" every day and it is tracked.
However, is anyone being tracked for High Street Web? I have done two searches per day ever since it appeared on MP but no reward.I wish I had thought of a better user name as this makes me sounds greedyIt was meant more tongue-in-cheek.

THey just sent an email out saying it was a mistake and you will get 45 points insteadSurvey earnings total 2009 £417, 2010 £875, 2011 £5740

I have finally received my cheque after a 4 week delay. PriceRunner are still not tracking despite my last email to Mutual when I was advised to replace the cookies on my PC. If I ever get to 3000 points, I will have to call it a day.
I am still plodding on slowly to my 3000 points. The latest email from The Mutual regarding PriceRunner not tracking is reproduced below to assist anyone else with tracking issues:
Please follow these steps to ensure that the cookie on your computer is replaced:
- Click "Tools" in your browser and then "Internet Options"
- Click "Delete" under "Browsing history"
- The following boxes should already be checked "Temporary Internet Files","Cookies" and "History"
- Click "Delete"
(This will remove the cookies from your computer)
- Sign into the MutualPoints website
- Click "My Account"
(This will replace the cookie on your computer)
I have just done this to the letter and carried out five searches for items on their approved list. The proof of the pudding will be in the eating as my dear old dad used to say. I await if anything starts to track.To Dare is To Do:beer:0
