PriceRunner have never tracked for me despite registering and logging in. BuyCentral still have their own site so I guess they have left MutualPoints.
Same here Price Runner has never tracked, have sent email about this. Now with Buy Central gone gonna take ages to get to 3000 points.0 -

Same here, Buycentral has tracked for me for the last three days of clicking, even though it's no longer on the site.
The Highstreetweb is also there as a click for 3 points (giving 2 clicks per day), but most days I can't get the search to work and needless to say, it has never tracked.Don't wait for the storm to pass

I too got my points, but today found out they removed all my cards I registered that allowed me to earn points in the high street. They are to my knowledge the only ones that do this, so a good earner in some places.
Anyway, on another issue, has anyone requested a cheque recently? My request from May 18 has still not been processed. I've been a member for 7 years and have *never* experienced such a lengthy delay before. (Admittedly, that might be because I only "earn" enough to cash out about once a year!)0 -
I'm waiting for a cheque from 11th May. My last cheque request took ages before it was sent.0

I have finally received my cheque after a 4 week delay. PriceRunner are still not tracking despite my last email to Mutual when I was advised to replace the cookies on my PC. If I ever get to 3000 points, I will have to call it a day.To Dare is To Do:beer:0

If/when my last cheque request gets processed, I think I'll quit mutualpoints too. It takes so long to accrue enough points, the surveys never track (for me, at least) and the shopping rebates are not as good as other cashback sites. I've been a member since the "mypoints" days so it's kinda disappointing.0 -
My cheque is *finally* showing as processed:
Points Cash Date requested Date processed
3,000 £20.00 Tue, May 18, 2010 Thu, Jun 17, 2010
So if anyone else is waiting/wondering, it seems there is now a one month delay in processing time!0 -
go back and try to get to 3000 points and wait for payout, finally sounding positive xxx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0
