emailed 'Gemma' yesterday re not getting any points for pricerunner, kelkoo and buycentral, this is the reply I received today:
Please note the automated system is working perfectly we do not have

When I was complaining about points not being awarded for the long winded surveys they send out, they implied that I mustn't have finished the surveys, as the tracker was working perfectly.
I threatened to close my account and the points were added manually.
However, I was so annoyed at their response that when I next reach 3000 points my account will be closed. Around 400 points to go.0 -
maybe if all of us who haven't had the tracking for the past number of days, push them, we will get them to check it.
I think they need to be aware they continue to alienate people with slow responses, poor paying times and dismissing people's requests re clicks, etc.0 -
Had an email off MP concerning Paypal payments - did take 6 emails to get a suitable and it seems it is no nearer being implimented.

Thank you for contacting us regarding the upcoming paypal method of redemption. We will certainly be placing Paypal onto the MutualPoints website, but this is currently in the development queue.
In order for this service to be included on the website, we will need to wait until our development team can move forwards with the task and get the service live on the site. At this time, we cannot have a date due to other developments currently in progress.
We can understand your concern with the cheque method of redemption, but I can assure you that the issues we were experiencing have been resolved and we are moving forwards with sending members redemptions. After our next batch of cheques is sent, we will be returning to a normal service with the redemptions.

Oh dear never mind there are better loyalty schemes out there I only do the emails one.

This is obviously a standard reply as I have had it before, I remember because of 'the earliest' , the earliest what? Anyway the last time I got a reply like this I never heard from them again, so I wont be holding my breath, but it is 2 weeks now since I had any points credited.0 -
Well I take it all back. Just logged on to my account and my points have increased by 500+ since yesterday and when I look at my history I have had a load of daily clicks credited to my account today. So it was worth emailing after all.0

I too got my points, but today found out they removed all my cards I registered that allowed me to earn points in the high street. They are to my knowledge the only ones that do this, so a good earner in some places.
For some reason now, their adding of points has stalled again, plus the support on the site isn't sending emails confirming questions sent to the site.
Is anyone having problems with support again?

I've had no click throughs added since 12th April. OH got a cheque
from them today though, so they are paying out.0
