I have RELIGIOUSLY clicked the 5 pricerunner searches and 1 x Kelkoo everyday for weeks and weeks, and I have noticed in the last week or so that I have had no points AT ALL since 21/8/07. Its as if the whole company has just gone on holiday all of a sudden !!

Anyone know if they are still trading ??

I am getting rather sick of mutual points. Have had nothing but pricerunner points (and not even the right number of these) for quite a number of weeks, although I too have religiously been clicking Kelkoo, Carsource (nothing ever seems to be added on for those, although they appear immediately on other cashback sites) and shopping.com. Having e-mailed them many times, they now say there is nothing wrong with the tracking for any of these firms, and virtually indicate that I haven't done the clicks. I also always do 3 clickthroughs daily through their e-mails, but am not at all sure that these points are being added on. I am still in dispute with them over about 600 points, for sign ups and purchases, but can get nowhere at all with them. Getting more fed up by the day. I feel I shall never get to the next £20 payout.

I raised a ticket with them about missing Amazon points (over 1200!) and suprise, suprise they were magically credited to my account overnight. I get kind of annoyed that I quite often have to prompt them to add points, but then again they have an enourmous list of partners, so its worth it - I guess?

By the way, I have just discovered the QVC has been added to the list of partners.

I don't think they do a referral but if they do ,will you consider me -pretty please .

On another note ,have noticed that the notification emails will be weekly from now on .Says on the front page .also had Pricerunner points for Fri.and Sat credited .

Anyone still getting rewardmails ?They seemed to have dried up as well.

This past week there didn't seem to be many reward emails, there were a couple earlier today though

I hadn't received the reward e-mails for a couple of weeks. I checked my mutualpoint settings and the box to receive them had become unticked. Reticked and they reappeared today.

I finally had a batch of Kelkoo points added on Tuesday (17x5 in total), but only one lot of shopping.com points!!

Yes,I too found my kelkoo points appearing and a few shopping .com but now ,no Pricerunner ones .
