Phew! Points are back too!!

I redeemed 3000 points at the weekend but the redemption has not appeared on my account, although the point balance has been reduced. I have emailed them and they have said that they have no record of my redemption.
I have replied and said about the glitch they had at the weekend so could this have somethin to do with it. I've also asked them to look at my account and see that last week I had over 3000 points and now I have only a few, so surely this shows that I've redeemed.
Is there anything else I can do? Im worried they're gonna say there's nothing they can do as they have no record of it.

Shopping.com and Kelkoo aren't paying out at the moment for me.

Yes - haven't had Kelkoo for a week now and in the last two days only had price runner. Haven't had any at all for yesterday.

I also raised a ticket re Kelkoo points not tracking. Their reply stated there were no problems and to check my cookies. My cookie settings haven't been changed. Have others been receiving Kelkoo points?

I got the usual response of "it takes up to 40 days to process"

I never check to see where my points are coming from, as I don't use the site everyday. I currently have about 6800 points there which I will run until November and redeem them then.

I haven't received shopping.com points since they added them to the site and i haven't had a kelkoo point since the 20th Aug. I submitted a quiry and i got this back....

There is no problem with the merchant Shopping.com. Member's have been receiving the rewards for their searches.
