This has also happened to me as well. I have just emailed them to query. I expect/hope that it is just a computer error, as I believe that sometimes happens!!

Me too! This happened a few days ago too but when I logged back in it was back up to 7000. Think I'll cash mine in quickly when they re-appear

I think I will take your advice and cash in when/if I get them back! They seem to be having a few problems at the moment.

Mine's at zero too! Glad, it's not just me, I've only got 500 points to go until I can cash them in again.

well my points are back but nothing is showing in my shopping or redeemed rewards transactions in 'my rewards' page.
