    Yes same here and i was missing sat and mon points. Tuesdays came through this morning. :confused: I will give it a few hours till they disapear........but fingers crossed they don't

    Ive had a variety of unidentified points in multiples of 4 and 8. The number of points is slightly greater than I should have received but the number of individual rewards is correct. Perhaps they are being slightly generous or the points will go overnight!

    Some of the unidentified rewards are now saying PriceRunner but still have 8 points rewarded:confused: Fingers crossed they will remain as after all, 3 extra points are 3 extra points:D

    Same as everyone else - after much wringing of hands I e-mailed mutual points yet again, had a reply saying there was nothing wrong, then the next day had unidentified points in multiples of 4 and 8. What they failed to address was why they haven't added on about 400 points for sign-ups etc. Now they want copies of e-mails, which I haven't got. I thought these were added on automatically, as they used to be, but it seems v. hit and miss these days - usually more miss. Ah well, I feel another e-mail coming on.

    Exactly the same for me, I emailed them and got a reply nothing is wrong. If they don't add the points for sign ups just use a cashback site that does thats all. They don't add cashback for reward emails either very often.

  • Hi all, first time poster here.

    I've been using mutualpoints on and off for about a year and a couple of months ago requested my first £20 cheque (11th June). This was processed on the 27th according to the site, and yet I have still never received it.

    Several emails to the firm got me very similar responses, all from the same person, telling me that they were waiting word from their manager/finance dept etc.

    Has anyone else had similar trouble getting their cheques from Mutualpoints?

    Hi just had a shock my mutualpoints balance is zero!!!!! Have contacted mutualpoints. Has anyone else had this problem? Does it mean my account has been cancelled?

    Same here, hopefully it's just a blip, they seem to be having a few probs at the mo.
