    Can you set up another year one once the first years over? I'd like to have one but cant afford one yet so have to wait till my other one with halifax is finished but I think thats august

    Remember the TWO YEAR period is what makes this product the market leader. Your average balance is around triple in year two

    I applied online for a current account with lloyds 2 weeks ago in order to then get the monthly saver and have still not heard anything back from them yet.

    Looks like i'm going to miss the boat on the 2 year deal :mad:

    Not even got an account with them yet and already I'm not impressed ;)

    Wonder if you can open the new 12 month Saver if you already have the 24 month one ?
    Might look into that on monday !

    The 8% for TWO Year deal is definitely finishing on Monday 12th March, and is being replaced by an identical 8% for ONE year product only ... New leaflets are already enroute to TSB branches (My branch received theirs today).
    Thank You, got my other half on the phone to them now, he was insisting it would be easier to do it on Tuesday..1 day too late!!!!!!!!!!
