    I'm surprised they allowed a Direct Debit. However it is not possible (AFAIAA) to reject a Continuous Payment Authority set up with the 16 digit card number. It would not surprise me if a subscription was a CPA.

    Dd you get no prior notice of either a Direct Debit or CPA collection?
