I think it is the A61 in France. Not sure about Sanctuary Dale but Neon Barn is the town of Narbonne just of A61. Raping Pen is Perpignan towards border of Spain. Working on the rest. Good Luck

Sanctuary Dale = Castelnaudary - west of Narbonne, France
Neon Barn = Narbonne - east of Castelnaudary, France
Raping Pen = Perpignan - south of Narbonne, France

Unless Adrian Dawson asks us not to then no we shouldn't share the answers, but he has not said anything as to whether we can share answers or not, so for now I think it would be ok to share our answers with each other.
