ok....just got back from B**ston,No*ting*am....with nothing!!! Everything that people have got on here I wrote down (printer, all the phones, sat nav, bread maker etc)...with barcodes and everything...went up and down the aisles price checking...and even the stuff with the OOD SEL were still going through as the OOD price!!!! However,i did manage to spot another 2 school barbie sets and a hidden car on the top shelf, so my girls and their friends will be lucky this xmas!!!!
hoping for a very MSE Ts glitching 2012!

Aww what a shame, I'm glad you managed to get the barbie things so not a wasted journey. I've never been to Beeston, from the map it looks like its on the other side of Notts to me.

Stock seems to be changing all the time so we just have to keep going in!

Had to do a trip up to Sheffield today to drop my lad off at uni. Planned the trip to pass the 3 Tesco Extras in Mansfield and Chesterfield. Got a Sony W310 camera from Mansfield Jubilee for £25. Over £100 on the shelf, so there's probably still one there on the right of the camera shelf upstairs. Nothing at the Tesco Extra north-west of Mansfield camera-wise though.

Stopped in at Chesterfield. My lad picked up a Flip Ultra video camcorder for £20 and a green pair of Sony headphones (MDR-570) for £5. There were quite a few green, orange and brown ones on the shelf. Also picked up another Casio Exilim EX-Z37 for £15, but that was the last one there. However, best bargain of all today was the Canon Ixus 105 in pink for £30. Next to it was a silver one for around £90, so keep a good eye out for the pink ones! :D

Forgot to say last night that there were a few white Flip £20 video cameras and loads of Tesco and Technica picture frames for under a tenner at Chesterfield Extra. I don't think any MSE'rs live in Chesterfield
    to be honest! :)
Has anyone else found the Pink Ixus 105 for £30?

Also the QED Classic HDMI-P 1 metre cables (purple packaging) are reduced to £5 from, I think it was, £17. This is a good price for a QED cable. It is like this one but this is 2 metres long:

  • Well I picked up a Panasonic HM TA1. Its a teeny little camcorder. Its lilac though lol so limited audience. Scanned at £20!!

This thing is actually full HD so incredible bargain. I saw some earlier today in T's that had a SEL of £120 and the only difference is they were black.

I take a lot of videos of my two year old Grandson and we sit together and play them back and I expect the quality will be rather better than my Samsung mobile. There were no more i'm afraid, the shelves were pitifully bare of anything electrical.
  • My local store had the Sony DSC W370 marked as ex-display for £152, but it scanned at £20. However, they refused to sell it to me saying it was a mistake as it was not advertised at that price.:(

Probably go to a staff member for that price now (cynical me).
  • I was really lucky today - managed to find a TomTom 750 Live on display. Scanned at £25, and with the £20 off TomTom petrol coupon, made it £5! Very pleased as just broken my dad's one, so everyone happy :)
