  • I know I've picked up, as many have, a load of things at good prices but I've just been in a store, which shall remain nameless, and the guy told me all the best stuff, laptops etc., are labelled up with names on and going to the staff. Just then a manager checked a price with this guy, a Sony Vaio laptop for £99 and just said 'hard luck' to me when I asked if there were any more.

I'm not bitter about it, I suppose staff should get first crack at it as they don't get too well paid by Tesco.
  • What was the Crockpot, have you got pictures or a barcode - I have wanted 1 of these for a long time.

    Thanks

I know that in LIDL, staff aren't allowed to buy discounted items or whoopsies- in case they puposefully put something away to go out of date or have an 'accident', damaging stock.

I went in to st r0ll0x the 2 days ago and was told there was nothing :( I did however pick up a cd player/DAB radio/ipod dock for £20 should have been £80 so happy with that also got a 10" technical frame for £10 and a Sony one for £5

meant to ask did you look to see if they had reduced any of the Lego box's? Would like to get some of these for clad

    tia

Briefly glanced at the Lego, but I'm not buying that (yet!), so not familiar with the usual prices. Nothing struck me as particularly cheap though, hth.
What size was the Sony frame? Couldn't find any when I was there.:(

I was told Tesco staff put things away for a year and wait for the daft reductions.
