Hi, Newbie here!!!! spotted this site when i was looking for somebody to tell about my amazing clothes bargain the other day and became engrossed in this thread!!
Anyway!! went to my Wrex store and found the Babyliss AC 2000 hairdryers, there were 3 on the shelf. i took all three, got to the till and thought, i only need one for myself as my hairdryer blew up last week, and one for my mother in law for xmas and put the other back!!Heart Diseased, Chronic Fatigued mum of 3 under 4!0 -

Its a Karcher one that you can fit onto the power tools. Jeez don't you play with new stuff?0 -
i have had a couple of cameras for kids xmas presents. I decided to try my luck again last week and happened to spot a camcorder for £40. I asked the sales assistant to have a look at it and she assured me it was not a shop return. I ensured that I would be able to return it if my husband thought it was rubbish. On googling the item when I got home I realised it was a scam camcorder ( actually just takes stills) and there was quite a bit posted on them on the avforums. I checked the sd card and there was quite a few images of it of someones front room! Looking at the box it has a managers special and clearance sticker on it with a handwritten note saying 'do not count'. I know I wont have a problem returning this but it irks me that it was allowed to be on the shelves in the first place and that the staff assured me that it was not a shop return when the sd card clearly proves otherwise! There is something very dodgy about the whole thing. Please check your goods and dont assume you have a good deal before you put them away for christmas!0

Some have managed to get laptops for £44 quid, I know it wouldnt be a straight swap, but I'd already said that.
You seem a little too quick to judge, to be honest. A number of Tesco staff I spoke to were happy to help, and pleased when deals were found.
I find it a little strange that you made the effort and used the energy for such a negative post. Bet you dont put the same time and effort into positive ones
I think you may have got the wrong end of the stick!!
I was joking about the laptop... hence the rolly on the floor men.
As for me judging Teco staff... again it was tongue in cheek.... if you look at my previous posts you will see I am one of the biggest defenders of them, they get what they can and good luck to them I say.
I probably didn't make it clear in my post but it doesn't seem that you have put the time and effort in to read any of my previous posts as you will see they are all positive whether it be about MSErs or Tesco Staff.
The only time I moan and am negative is when bone idle people are complaining that Mr T staff are getting bargains and they are not (and most of the time it is because they themselves are too lazy).
I did say well done on your finds.. that is hardly negative.
Job done... friends again??0 -

Managed to get a kenwood hand blender for £4 and the food processor for £9 today at L9ughb9r9ugh Extra both on the top shelf. Got a weaning 6month old so great for me! There was another £4 hand blender but didn't need it so left it for someone else. It's right a the back of the top shelf with one of the 7 function blenders infront so you will have to look for it (11 function one is the only reduced one). Was really looking for a sewing machine for my MIL cos hers is broke and she has lent it to me loads in the past (I didn't break it though!). Never mind, chuffed with the processor! HTH0

I am wondering whether any of you lovely people can help point me in the right direction.
I have searched long and hard in my local Mr T's stores down here in West Sussex, but found only a couple of Zhu Zhu Funhouses and a Solar dinner set
Still I continue to perservere and I am hoping to give a few another try later today.
Has anyone had any luck recently in any stores near me?A clinically depressed person with a sleep condition. I'm in my own little world, but it's ok the people like me here
Any offence is not intentional, I'm really quite harmless0 -
