Hi did you have to ask for the specific item or was it on a shelf and was it from the one near the Hospital that you got it from? I managed to pick up a couple of cameras over at Fl33tsbridge last week. :beer:

Guys can someone help me out here? i managed to find one of the braun epil's 2 days ago went to take it out today and it's lying loose in the box with no hygiene wrapper and powercord has been opened and was in a tangled mess, starting to look like it's ben previously bought then returned and to be honest i'm disgusted at the thought of it being "used" where do i stand with this if they refuse return because it's open (obviously not by me though) as it's personal hygiene?

Mandz27, if it's been used then take it back to cs and explain that to them - I wouldn't use it if the hygiene wrapper was missing

Only downside is they may not be able to give you another one as they've probably all gone but that's better than keeping hold of it and not using it!

I know its abit naughty but I would take it back and say its faulty and demand a replacement or your money back,these epil's do not have hygiene wrappers and are not sealed however the powercord is in sealed plastic so It looks like you could be right.

I know this is going to sound petty, but I purchased this model over the weekend and got charged £90...could you please upload your receipt so I can try and get the over charge repaid.
What do you think my chances are...I know its still a bargain but an over charge is an over charge, right!
