TESCO Silly Price Electrical Items

Just wanted to say thankyou to the OP for originally alerting us to all this way back!
I have finished looking for bargains now.
I managed to get 4 x cameras and 3 x electric razors on my travels.
Can't still quite beliveve i paid 15 quid for a 12Meg 5 x Optic Zoom camera!.
But I do think it wrong that Tesco staff were allowed to buy this stuff too while on shift or keeping it out back for themselves. That is plain wrong and management should tell staff not to do it if it is happening in their store.

I do not begrudge any member of staff that gets a bargain before it goes on sale to the public.
This is the same in every single line of business, it is a small perk in what is an altogether thankless customer service job.0 -

...got 2 cameras but took one back and then when we checked the 2nd one I think it had been a display model and no destructions with it so got a refund.
You can quite often find a manual online for cameras and other electrical items. Just do a search for the maker, model + "manual" and you may well find a manual that you can download for free!"I expect to pass through this world but once. Any good, therefore, that I can do or any kindness I can show to any fellow creature, let me do it now. Let me not defer or neglect it for I shall not pass this way again."

I found 2 of the 71p irons, 2 of the Paperjamz amps, the 2:50 curling tongs, Babyliss mens shearer and the pyrex dishes between c&rrick and kn@cknag@ney - oh and the transformers pencilcase and a tiny box of benderoos too. No sign of a Lumie in any store. Don't need an e-reader as I was lucky enough to get a Touchpad and an epilator ......... I'm not into paying for pain :rotfl:0 -
I'm suprised we aren't tripping over the Lumie thingys, given that it rains here 99% of the time - we are in dire need!Total debt £20,000 Northern Rock loan:eek:
