Hi stebiz, well on one of the other threads someone has actually managed to take a photo of the new terms in stevenage T which were at the end of a till saying that you are refunded and get to retain the item, so something is happening somewhere.

Oooh don't get me going. DTD was better than sex. I had cupboards full of stuff........................or am I with the wrong person? ;):rotfl:

Stebiz I did a little chuckle to myself when I saw you post straightaway , Was it the DTD part that got you or the R&R. You were definately the daddy of DTD:T

I was lucky to have had a good go at both. I'm not sure which I have the fondest memory of, to be honest. Walking off with the R&R and living on Sirloin Steak for weeks on end and getting lots of free electrical stuff or the excitement of DTD.

A little off topic but has anybody seen extreme couponing on the cable channels. New series started this week. It is based in the USA and people are buying $400 shopping and paying one cent. Their basements look a bit like my front room, at the peak of DTD. :rotfl:

I reckon they give you one extra regardless of the number purchased, so if you bought say 22 bags of rice and it should have been £10 (see what I did there!), but you got charged £110, they will give you £100 back and a free bag of rice, rather than £200 back.

I think there will be a disclaimer on high value items and items where the last one glitches - how can they give you a bag of rice free if they don't have any left?

    be interesting to see....
