Afraid I ended up spending part of my GC money yesterday. I decided to treat myself to a lovely fried breakfast in the cafe, before my therapy session yesterday. Plus I had a few things to buy in Mr A afterwards. Ended up spending £26.32
Love the idea of a 2nd Purse, looks complicated too me plus I don't have that much money left over and I normally use the debit card..lol But I will look at it in more details and see if I can start this up, maybe after our holiday in a weeks time.
Not happy with RM as I have been waiting in all day for a small package that I asked them to redeliver, and I had email confirmation of it coming today, and it hasn't arrived, yet our normal mail arrived. Have tweeted them about it and just this minute emailed the details over to them. It's not good practice if they can't redeliver when they say they are going to do.
Off to update my budget book and signatureMortgage Free as of 20.9.17Declutter challenge 2023, 2024 🏅 🏅⭐️⭐️

managed to escape spending just £3.70 in Ic3land ather than A!di, went searching for onion bajhis for OH to go with tea but couldnt find any so just bought bread (2 loaves for £1.70), naan bread (3 for £1, 1 for tonight, 2 to freeze for next time) and their version of magnum ice creams (4 for £1 1 eaten, 3 in freezer for treats) because i was so hot and decided i deserved a treat lol.
That brings my remaining cash to £63.73/£160 for the rest of our month (until the 25th) so not doing too badly at all
OH gives me the £160 in cash and then i spend from a seperate purse so dont think that the second purse idea would work as we are trying to work within this fixed amount but will chat to OH and see what he thinks0 -
lost count of the number of nsd, but had to go to mr m's and spent £14loves to knit and crochet for others0
-
i was about to celebrate a nsd but then realised even though i hadn't been in a shop, the £3.60 towards the shared fish and chip lunch counts in the grocery challenge
so my mse and diet lunch (of carrot sticks/banana/cucumber sticks and hm soup) became my tea.. so - a low spend day for me, was a lovely treat

Chicken casserole for tea tonight, gpoing to try fot a NS weekend, have plenty in and i hate shopping with the kids so shouldn't be too hard.0 -
Hi all,
Ventured into Mr S today, spent £35.85 - bread and milk etc HUGE chicken for £6' will be Sunday lunch and sandwiches for lunches and some stock for the freezer:D that money also included pet food, nearly a tenner:o
Crappy day at work, came home feeling stressed, OH was on his way out the door to meet his mates for the Friday night 'meeting' at the pub - to be fair he only has 2 pints, but for some reason, it really annoyed me that he didn,t ask me to come - prob my TOM due, things like that don,t normally worry me.
Dinner is HM chilli pre-cooked from freezer with Nachoes and may have a glass of wine (or 2) might chill me out a bit:rotfl:
Have a great evening all xNote to self - STOP SPENDING MONEY !!
£300/£1300 -
I used to mix in nesquick flavours to the yoghurt when I made the stuff for my kids. Must admit, havent made any for years and years. Maybe I should start to make it again.! DGD loves her yoghurts. Had them on holiday every day as her "pudding".
Spent another 75p on 4 baking potatoes at the corner shop today. So we could have something for tea tonight, before I do my menu plan and get my orders sorted out.
Thanks for updating my totals Helen Jelly!.When I die I will know that I have lived, loved, mattered and made a difference, even if in a small way.0
