Good sense from someone who knows what they're talking about! Why does everyone seem to think there's such a thing as 'Common Law Spouse' that entitles you to half of someone's goods by just living with someone without being married?
This actually highlights the problems of giving Live-in partners the same rights as married. It's apparently being considered now which I think will cause more problems than it solves.
