Glad to hear you are sorted at last! Its a nice area, lots of nice houses being built round the old college of education grounds. Nearby the Sainsbury store and just 5 mins drive to the city centre.

I will speak to some folk at work and see what they know about nurseries etc. out that way as the ones I gave you before are outwith the fifteen minute car trip you said would be preferable.
