Does anyone know if there is a travel lodge near the London Victoria Mainline Station?0

just back from one night in Leicester. Hardly glamorous but the National Space Centre was amazing and made even more so by the fact that the overnight stay was £15.

The reviews on tripadvisor make interesting reading on this hotel0 -
We have twice stayed in a family room with 2 adults (does my 14 year old count as a 3rd adult?) I don't tell them when we check in & then smuggle the kids in. We have now bought an inflatable mattress from Argos as I am sick of my family being separated & paying so much more for my 3rd child
Word of warning however. last time we did it we had a real difficult job getting number 5 in as the reception was manned by 3 youngsters, We did manage it but worse still when we left in the morning the door was locked so we had to be 'let out,' Don't s'pose the receptionist could have failed to notice 5 of us standing there, LOL. This was when we got our 1p flights from Stanstead BTW with Ryanair0 -
My brother in law has run the London Marathon a few times and they book a family room and 4 or more adults use it. And they booked it a year in advance.
So maybe you can or are allowed more in a family room.
My only worry is if there was a fire they would not know who was there.0 -
They wouldn't anyway though. You can book a Family Room and have only one person in it; they don't know how many are staying in each room. Additionally they wouldn't know how many were actually in the building at the time, people might be out at a restaurant etc, unless you have to sign in and out each time you enter and leave, which you don't, how would they know the exact number of people in the building?

I have been looking on the Travelodge website to look for one we stayed in last year - London High Holborn - the only one showing is Covent Garden, Drury Lane High Holborn, which is not the same one.
It only opened July last year - does anyone know anything about it?0 -

There is one at Farringdon, not too far from High Holborn0
